Kawoosh! stuff - The 80's Music challenge is now running over at the Kawoosh! forum - entries need to be in by Sunday 19th December so plenty of time for you to dig out your favourite cheesetastic 80's music and go vid to it!

SPN Sceneit stuff - Those of us in the team that run spn_sceneit are excited to announce that we now have a sister site: spnvidrecs.

It's a wonderful SPN vid recc'ing community that has been around for a while. The site has been graciously handed over to us and we hope to revitalize it and increase the number of recs made to the comm.

Me stuff - Might as well pimp me too, right? Um... okay then... all my videos and icons are now on paper_packages. Wanted to put the videos there so that they're all in one place and easily accessible if anyone should want to see them, then added my icon posts too purely so everything I've 'made' is now all in one place. Anyway - if you like what you see then JOIN here - up to you - and of course, feel free to pimp me if you think anyone else might be remotely interested =)

Inspiration Post

Thanks to a great suggestion by mithborien we have decided to add a monthly Inspiration Post over at spn_sceneit to see how that works out.

So - on the first of every month you'll see an Inspiration Post post pop up where you're free to suggest any vid ideas you have for other vidders, and song ideas, any themes/pairings you think would work well - basically anything you'd like to see and all vidders are welcome to use these ideas if they appeal to them or it their muse needs a little kick-start =) Please don't just make individual posts with inspiration ideas but instead comment on the monthly posts so we can keep it all in one place and the vidders will then know where to look for ideas - thank you =)

Pimp Yo Vid!

We are also going to be setting up a monthly Pimp Yo Vid! post! This post is for you to pimp the vids you've made but there are two conditions:

1) You must have used/recieved help from spn_sceneit to make/complete your video - whether it's clip/scene help, textures, whatever.
AND/OR
2) You must have used an idea from the Inspiration Post to make your video.

There are plenty of other places where you can post any other Supernatural videos you make - that post will be purely so the members there offering their help and ideas can then see what you created from the help the comm gave you =) As with the inspiration post, please do not just randomly post your videos - instead link your videos in the comments of each months Pimp Yo Vid post - these will be posted mid-month on a monthly basis.

Hope all this makes sense and if you've any questions, please just ask =)

And as always we're open to new suggestions and ideas so please feel free to leave any you have in the suggestion box - thank you =)

We hope that spn_sceneit will provide a wide range of resources for all your Supernatural vidding needs - so what are you waiting for! Go check out the welcome post to see what's on offer - and feel free to leave a suggestion of what else you'd like to see made available =)

This Supernatural vidding resource is open to one and all, so feel free to browse or lurk as almost all posts are open to everybody. However... all good hunters keep their best stuff hidden and to gain access to the full arsenal we keep in the LOCKED TRUNK you'll need to join the club ;)

Please take a minute to read through the rules and guidelines - there's hardly any right now so it won't take you long - and just poke one of the mods if you need to ask us anything =)
