1) snowflake cookies: Thank you so much to all of you who sent me snowflake cookies; it was really thoughtful of you ♥ Additional thanks as well to aruna7 and nicole9514 for the extra LJ gifts ♥

2) smile: Was reading the report by dawniky about the Bradley/Colin signing she was at on Tuesday and this excerpt makes me smile every time I think about it:

"I had a bunch of kids behind me in the queue who were commenting on why Colin and Bradley were half an hour late getting out. I heard "what if Arthur has found out about Merlin's magic and has killed him?" from a little boy (he was 7) and also "maybe they came by dragon and it went the wrong way."

I'm also buying some purple wool tights this weekend and that also makes me stupidly happy.

3) deletion: Have deleted shedloads of comms from my flist lately and am likely doing yet another flist cut soon; I'll have nothing left to read if I keep on like this.

TINTAGEL! *squee* OMG, this looks amazing! :D I'd love to go there one day and take a million pictures. \0/

The remark about Bradley and Colin coming by dragon made me giggle so much, I can almost see how Colin fiddles with a map and tells the dragon to fly the 'scenic route'. :D

BTW, I only found your PM this morning (stupid notification system, still a few hiccups...), do you still need my email address?

Before Christmas the last batch of pics from A Night less Ordinary will be released, I'll make a post to merlin_sceneit with all pics once all pics are out. :)

Tintagel is stunning and in such a gorgeous location. Sadly there's really very little left of the actual castle now plus their link to Arthurian legend is fairly tenuous and they do acknowledge this by making sure it's clearly stated in the video (which you can watch at the entrance) and on several information plaques that the castle was in fact built some 500 years after the birth of any fictional/actual Arthur. Still, they milk their Arthurain claims for all it's worth in the village but it's actually done in a really nice way - everything is lovely and not at all touristy and that was a pleasant surprise; plus like I say, the remains of the castle and the views are quite stunning =)

It was the comment about Arthur maybe having found out about Merlins magic and killing him that was making me grin; so sweet ♥

If/when you're ready to post those pictures that'd be great; thank you. Not to worry about the email address, I do have it here at home and will contact the mods sometime over the weekend.
