3 things.

1) boxofmagic: I'm steadily working my way through the stories on the boxofmagic website and now have a few more bookmarked which I've loved reading to rec to you. Rather than listing them individually I'll just direct you to my boxofmagic tag on my Delicious bookmarks - summaries and ratings and anything else you might need to know are listed there and I hope you enjoy them as much as I have.

I think my absolute favourites so far are In Time of Trial by shinetheway and To You I Pledge by beren_writes as I already want to read both of these again right now. All six that I've bookmarked so far though I've thoroughly enjoyed and loved.

However - these are only my recs and ones I've enjoyed and doesn't mean in any way whatsoever that they're the best stories out there or that they'll be to your taste, so if you're in any way interested in reading any of these stories - and you should because they're pretty much all absolutely amazing - then you should go check out or bookmark the boxofmagic website and see what appeals to you.

2) air festival: The Bournemouth Air Festival starts on Thursday and I really should be way more excited about that right now than I am, considering I've been looking forward to this for such a long time now. I'm sure I will once it starts.

3) thank you: Thanks so much to from_the_corner for the lovely postcard I received yesterday - really made me smile and is now on the wall in The Cave (my office at work) and it's brightening up the room ♥

Don't really have anything else to say right now, just thought I ought to check in really. Hope you're all doing okay.

I've only read one story of the BB stories so far, I'm so NOT in a reading mood at the moment, also reading online is always stressful for my eyes and I just don't want to print out all stories... I'd like to read at least two more - written by dear LJ friends - but haven't found time for it yet. Maybe later...

I've resisted the boxofmagic stuff up to now... almost dipped in yesterday then reminded self was at work... so I think later this week, when I have more time, or at the weekend.
I had a rifle through your past posts yesterday to find some Merlin fic recs because I was in the mood for them :) Such cute boys ;)

Oh and this is funny - was talking to someone yesterday and said I fancied Arthur because "he is so manly" lmao

1) I read To You I Pledge and it was brilliant. I have been wanting to read it again the past couple days, too!

2) You have to have fun at the Air Festival for all of us across the pond who can't come!

But that happens to me, too. I'll be soooo excited about something - until the day of. And then I dread it until it starts and I realize I actually did want to be there!

3) I went on a post card quest at Walmart, only to discover that they remodeled the inside of the one near me. (I rarely go there.) Seriously, the entire inside is different now. I wandered around for ages and never found the post cards. So the quest continues!
