One of the tricks I'm teaching Lily is to turn on/off one of the lights in the living room (it has a switch on the floor that one steps on.) The command I'm using is "lumos", since the light will "magically" come on when I say it *lol* I'm a dork, I know ;)
I don't think that's dorklike at all, I think it's brilliant. Which I expect makes me a dork too, so yay =)
perhaps I will read the books at some point - I certainly enjoy the films but certainly with the last 2, felt i was obviously missing so, so much that they clearly didn't have time to include so only mentioned/included fleetingly, which just made it all feel a little disjointed at time.
