First and foremost...THANK YOU!!! I hope I've said that along the way, but in case I've been remiss at some point.... (I hope I've covered the bases with that because I truly am thankful for your friendship!)
Now, hoping I'm on safer ground, I hate to hear that you've wasted a perfectly good weekend nursing a "stonking" headache. I'm not exactly sure which genre of headaches "stonking" fits into, but it sounds wholly unpleasant and you have my sympathies! I know it would stink to have it magically disappear in time for you to return to work, but at least you wouldn't be adding physical discomfort to the reasons to hate Mondays....
I'm about to go nuts trying to figure out where to stay in Wells...I know I have a ticket to Avalon, but they haven't sent me what I need to pay for it or any of the info on local accommodations. I've already read in various forums that there aren't any rooms available near the convention venue...which is a bit disconcerting being a "gimp" with a limited roaming distance...sigh. In your spare time, could you think some good thoughts in my behalf? BTW, we're probably going to sneak to London at some point early in the week, but getting down your way is a definite, too, so I'll need to know where to stay in your area. I suppose it would be too much to ask for someplace cheap in a resort town, right? LOL OIY!!! This entire trip is going to be a corker - at least the M&M's I'm bringing won't cost much!!!
