Hello. Um...

...

Been thinking what to write and... I got nothing. Could tell you all about the frickin crazy hours I've been working this week and the heffa amount of work I'm doing? *shrugs* Hmm, okay. Right now at work I'm in about 7am every day, partly cos I'm keeping hella busy and part cos it's the time of year when I have to draw up the summer timetable for the unit, which will run for about 7-8 weeks. So basically I'm writing a huge timetable from scratch. Which is kinda stressful! *lol* I go through the same stages every single time I do a new timetable. Firstly I gather shedloads of information and feel optimistic and excited. Then eventually I start putting stuff down on paper and get carried away with planning. Then I get to the stage I'm at now. The manic-one-minute cos I'm excited by how good it's looking and it's all going too well, then the oh-noes-this-can't-be done-we're-totally-frickin--doomed stage, which... yeah, that's about where I am right now. So taking a break to poke you guys and wave and say hello =) Then eventually I'll hit rock-bottom and start tearing things up and rocking in a corner, before finally pulling a McKay and shouting \(^o^)/ cos I'll realise I can do it after all and yay cos we're not doomed! *grins* Then of course the summer flies by and I have to do the September timetable, which is the main timetable which runs all year, and which is way harder than the summer timetable... and the whole process starts all over again! Can't wait. *raises an eyebrow*

Oh - and I have this fantastic idea of calling it the Summerama timetable and every session ends in -rama. Like Dancerama and Ramblerama and Dramarama and Cookarama and... you get the idea? Apparently this is percieved as me being in a manic state due to timetable overload and is totally not taken seriously. Hmph.

Oh, and on a stupidly gleeful note, looks like I'm finally getting my own cupboardshoeboxoffice! YAY! It's pretty cool cos only the management team have offices, plus it means I'll have somewhere to work properly and can spread my stuff out all over the place and, y'know, basically make it mine. Expect gleeful posts about this next week ;)

I haven't written the postcards yet =/ Well except for one I sent to Austria with some teabags, but that's a whole other story! =P I will, I promise I will, and I'll do it this weekend and make sure they're all posted Monday *nods* Honest =)

Also - ms_3m, aruna7, el1ie, nicole9514, from_the_corner and aramley totally, totally rock. You guys know why, and thank you doesn't even cover it *hugs you hella tight* =)

And why has mlight_icons been deleted already? I think that's just stupid.

I know! I'm so excited! It's pretty damn cool - not the office itself, just, y'know, having an office. *squee* I'll have to customise it somehow too - a framed McKay pic or something to inspire me *lol* or perhaps this icon on the door? =D

I didn't stay too much longer after that, but this timetable takes a few weeks to put together as it's so huge, then there's the whole checking process.. however, I am ahead of schedule *smug* so hopefully it might be finished (at least the first draft) early next week ;)

DEan is fairly conmfortable too *grins* and as I'm being fairly McKay-like myself right now, maybe he should stay with you a little longer - we wouldn't want our two egos clashing *lol* or two of us claiming it can't be done and we're doomed! =D

Isn't it totally ridiculous? I mean okay, the show was cancelled, but that's no reason to delete the comm. Lots of shows have now finished/been cancelled/whatever and thier comms are still running - often many people don't watch these shows when they're on, and will discover them later on, and when they do they might then want to go find icons or whatever. Hmph. I just don't understand the decision to detele it at all. In fact, I'd only just joined it myself to grab some icons as I'd =not had time to do it before, and now I can't.
