I saw my GP yesterday and am back on the double dose of taking the Sertraline and the Amitriptyline together again. I'm glad though, cos for the little while I did that I slept much better and felt calmer and less anxious than I do now. So that's a good thing :)
Next week is my last week of my phased return at work, as it can run for up to 4 weeks before you have to be back full-time. So next week I'm doing all day Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and half days Tuesday and Thursday. I think that'sll be fine. Plus the week after I actually have 3 days A/L booked so I won't really be back full-time till the week after. Plenty of time :)
Today me and The Boy are going to the beach. Nuh. His choice, not mine. Hopefully once he's ogled all the women we can come back home. I'll just sit and ogle the surfers and the lifeguards. Have to amuse myself somehow cos I'm not a big fan of laying on the beach... probably my big fear of water doesn't help. *shrugs* I'll take a book in case there's no surfers to look at ;)
We went to the SeaLife Centre on Wednesday, which was OK considering he wants to go there every year. I always make a fool of myself there in some way. Tradition I think. Last year I hit a man. Accidentally of course, but still hella embarrasing. This year I fell over. Tripped over the kerb going in and fell sprawled on the pavement with the big picnic bag. People were all going 'Oooh, are you alright' whilst The Boy stood there and laughed his ass off, then took the piss for the rest of the day. Wonder what I'll do next year...
Hope you're all OK, have a great weekend :)

And yes, it is a bitch to fall. It's hard on the body and the pride. I should know. :D I don't hurry for just that reason. After my spill whenever-it-was, I don't run/hurry anymore. I hope TB at least gave you a hand up.
*hugs*

He enjoyed the beach yesterday, and wanted to stay longer than I thought he would. It was OK though cos I took a book and just relaxed :)
*hugs back*
