Okie I'm sorry this has taken so long to post, but behind the cut are pictures of the McShep family: Rodney, Shep (kinda) and some McSheplets.

The pictures aren't great cos 1) my brother is useless at keeping his tank clean, but then again we've already established that McShep like it dirty ;) 2) the McSheplets are piddly little buggers who hide a lot and 3) Shep is camera shy and the McSheplets wriggle too much for me to take good pics!

Shep - I know you can only see his tail, but that's the most anyone ever sees! Often Rodney wriggles up inside the turtle with him. That's when I bang on the glass and tell them to cut it out.

I was in there just now trying to take more pics. Earlier this week I thought there were only 2 or 3 left as that's all I'd seen for the last few days, but just now I counted 12.

On another note....I received your Christmas card. THANK YOU! I'm soooo bad this holiday season, I didn't send any out. But if I had, you would have been at the top of my list. I even mentioned to honeybunny that I should go and buy you a Christmas card....but if you've been keeping up with my life, stress is really hammering me right now and my life outside of work is suffering for it. : /

I'm glad your card arrived safely and don't worry about not sending one - it's amazing i was organised enough to do that myself this year :) I even sent one to Azo.

I've not kept up with my flist too well the last couple of weeks, so i'm sorry I've not been around. I'll try and do some catch-up reading the next couple of days if I can.

Rodney spends quite a bit of time hugging that filter usually, but lately he snuggles up to the turtle a lot, I guess cos that's where Shep is ;)

That's was my John and Rodney (Meridith!,) John is that darker one.

Looks like the little guys are happily munching away on the hair algae, never going to make a dent on the spot algae LOL.
