Today I want a cigarette.

I got to work at 7.30am and haven't stopped working since I got here.  Until about 10am when I took a break.  Then I went outside to the smoking area but Radek is under strict instructions to shout at me if I go near a cigarette so he that's what he did.  Only got as far as holding it.  Which is good, I suppose.

I can't remember wanting one this much in a very long time, so I need to really concentrate today on not having one.  I know it will smell and taste disgusting and I know it won't help at all.  So instead I'll focus on work, coffee and this box of biscuits that G just gave me.

I've also had a lot of admiring comments about the new bodywarmer I'm wearing today  ~ apparently everyone really likes it/ thinks it's cool/ lovely colours, blah blah blah ~ what's funny (and what I'm not telling them) is it cost me £10 from New Look and it's a mens one  ;)

You're a strong, independent lady - you can do it!!!! Just think, for every 3 or 4 packs of cigarettes you don't smoke, you can have another bargain bodywarmer with which to "wow" your co-workers! ;)

I was stressed out this morning and maybe a little hungover.... I was very tempted for a while but it's passed now.
