Aimless ramble

I wanted to randomly use a footie icon and just mention that I'm really pissed off that ITV is showing both the Man Utd and the Arsenal UEFA Champions league matches on Tuesday, and they are NOT showing the Chelsea vs Werder Bremen match on Wednesday. The one I desperately wanted to see. Ballack vs Frings. Bloody ITV.

Today was a better day, not least because I spent a large part of the afternoon flirting with chatting to 'Radek' (as _gater_ and I call him) and he really made me laugh a lot, and that was good ~ bless him :)

I'm thinking about not bothering to do some of the things I had to get done before colej55 arrived ~ I'm sure she would rather I wasn't completely exhausted the whole time she was here!

And had a slight moment of panic today when I realised I've only bought 4 Christmas presents so far .... and two of them are for the same person.

Hey, thank you ~ I'm actually feeling a lot more positive about stuff today and am just ranting about football! :)

Yep, colej55 arrives Sunday and is staying with me until Thursday, then she's off to London for the rest of her UK trip, where I think she will at some point be meeting up with _gater_ ~ hopefully colej55 has a great time over here as it's a great trip she has planned :) And anytime you're over here you're welcome to say at mine :)

I went to Paris on holiday a few years ago and absolutely loved it, so am determined to try and go back one day ~ if I ever make it I will let you know :)

Aw, really? No, it doesn't make me feel better ~ now I feel sorry for you too! I really thought they would be showing it, seeing as they're showing two Champions league matches on the Tuesday night, they could at least show one on Wednesday :(

So I will sit here on Wednesday trying to find a site that gives me a live score or something. Hmph.

I went to check now, because so far they showed always one Wednesday match. Apparently they don't this week and instead show some kind of conference on Tuesday. Huh. At least I'll be able to catch it then. (I'm playing Badminton Wednesday evenings) Not the Grand OTP match though. Again. :(

cross your fingers for me that they'll both play in february! i'll be sitting in 4th row (*faints at the thought*) and i'll have my camera with me. maybe we are lucky and they'll score a goal right in front of me and i'll be able to take pictures of them hugging and kissing and making out. XD

No. Tonight ITV1 & ITV4 are showing the Man Utd and Arsenal Champions League matches, but neither channel is showing the Chelsea vs Werder Bremen match tomorrow.

I'm sorry for you. German free TV is't showing it either, so I can't record it for you (and even if I could it would be in German...)

I wou;dn't mind if it was in German, I just really wanted to be able to see it, and i was sure they'd be showing it :/
