First day of the Bournemouth Air Festival did not go well.


We had storms and torrential rain this morning. They'd predicted a crappy day and probably no air displays for the first day, but not this.

I'm following the Air Festival Twitter to see if the dusk air display is going ahead, but they're hoping for the next three days flying displays to go ahead.

I like a good downpour when I don't have to go out in it but that seems a bit excessive... and I'm very sorry it had to come and ruin the first day of the festival, too :( I hope it will dry out and you'll get to enjoy the other days at least! *hugs*

Me too! They're just trying to clean everything up now and clear away as much as they can =)

The next three days are supposed to be lovely, so fingers crossed.
