3.
1) snowpocalypse: It's never a good sign when the Met Office shades our area in red! (It was red first thing this morning - changes all the time.) This is the first time in months they've done it, despite this being our second Snowpocalypse this month:

The rest of the country has certainly been battered far more than us (we're usually completely sheltered here on the South Coast) and if I still had a working camera I'd show you pictures of how it looks outside right now; snow everywhere and the sky very dark. The forecasts can't seem to decide if we're getting heavy snow later or sleet and hail; either way, not good. My workplace is closed down for at least today too.
2) squee boxes: I quite desperately need new squee boxes and Amazon don't seem to have them anymore (I asked Peter to get me a couple for Christmas) so if anyone knows anywhere else I can find them, please link me? Examples of my current squee boxes below:
3) peter: This will be the first Christmas Peter has actually spent with me and I'm so looking forward to it! Am picking him up Thursday lunchtime (Snowpocalypse or not, I'll find a way) and taking him home Sunday morning. Am scheming to 'borrow' the digital camera from work since mine has died, so at least I'll be able to take some photos of our first actual Christmas together =)
Hope you're all doing okay ♥

Weather reports can't seem to make up their mind if we're now going to get hit with heavy snow or heavy rain. Ugh. Hope you're okay where you are hon.

Yesterday I freed my car from the snow twice. The second time I did it was only a few hours after the first and there were already 10cm or more of new snow on it. Gah! And today the roads were horrible. I drove 30km (which was about the fastest I managed. Sometimes it was more lile 20km) all the way to work... even on the 'fast' roads.
I'm sure that the snow will be gone for Christmas Eve though. As always.

I'm hoping the worst of the snow will keep out of Frankfurt so that I can make it to Italy on Wednesday. (My brother and I fly to Milan via Frankfurt.) *crosses fingers*
