Is it just me whose LJ profile and viewing is a bit messed up? With the blue LJ header bar staying in place when you scroll down, so it obscures things at the top, and all the comments squished together? I don't like it.





And is anyone else having problems with any LJ payments at all? It won't let me pay for anything.

Have added a sample screencap of the viewing problem. No idea why it won't let me pay for anything either, I tried for two days.
