I'm still spending an awful lot of my time reading fanfic { the longer the better } and modern Merlin/Arthur AU's remain my absolute favourite. Below is a selection of all the fics I've saved in the last few weeks since the last big fic rec post I did; mostly AU with some Bradley/Colin RPF and canon-based Merlin/Arthur thrown in too. Some are recent and some are older ones which I've only just stumbled across so chances are you'll have already read them, but on the off-chance that you haven't I thought I'd share...

Trusses of flowers, personalised letters and whole roast chicken had always been sure-fire ways to win a person's heart, at least in Arthur's experience. Merlin's heart, however, was an entirely different story.

But enough about me and my crapness! Have you read any of these? I'd certainly recommend adelagia's as I reckon that girl could just write out pages from a phone book and she'd do it in her own style so I'd find it highly amusing =)

Also, Overboard and What Child is This are ones I loved as I read them both at a time when I just really needed something to make me smile, make me laugh, make me feel all warm and fuzzy, and they both totally delivered on all counts and made what had initially been fairly crappy days just that much better =)
