Blip day

Had a bit of a blip today

My brother had a call-back for a job today, and I (stupidly) let myself get over optimistic about it. Turns out loads of people had call-backs too, and it probably won't lead to anything after all. As a result of this, I've had another one of those days where the panic just overwhelms me, and I can't stop crying. Even typing this makes me cry, which just makes me really cross with myself. I've been doing so well lately ....... I've been more positive and pro-active about everything, and I haven't felt panicky for ages - until today. I know I'm being stupid, and I've tried to pull myself together all day, but as it's not working, I've decided to just give up today, and hope that it's just a blip day, and that tomorrow my optimism will return.

Also, I'd been told over at the forum that SGA Season One was coming out on DVD today ........ but it didn't, and doesn't actually come out for a couple of weeks   :(

Definitely a blip day.

Thank you. I had hoped it would have passed this morning, but it was even worse ..... had a huge panic attack that lasted all morning and involved me sitting with my mate Boo and just crying. But I guess I needed to let it all out as I feel a bit better than I did :)

*hugs* I know I get those kind of days, so your not alone. But just think we can't feel positive all the time, it's just not normal. I really hope and I'm sure things will pick back up for you :)

I do really appreciate the support I get from you guys, and although to some it may sound weird, I honestly don't think I'd cope at all if I didn't have you guys to lean on occasionally and my fandoms to bury myself in!
