Hospital update and Fringe.

Andrew came out of hospital this weekend. Kinda surprised how quickly it happened, as it was only the day after they'd let him have food for the first time, and I saw him the day before that and he was still out of it on morphine. *shrugs* Still, he's moved back in with his girlfriend which is a good thing and is taking it easy. I spoke to him yesterday and although he sounds tired, he sounds okay too. He has crutches as he still can't weight-bear on his leg very well, but will be getting some physio help with that, and will be getting his staples removed at the health centre tomorrow. I'll go round and see him one day this week when he's had a bit more rest, but it's all looking good - and thank you all once again for all the support you've given and offered over the last week or so, it's meant a great deal to me =) *hugs you all*

I've watched the first two episodes of Fringe cos 1) it's got Pacey in it and 2) quite a few of you are talking about it and the premise sounded interesting and 3)... it's got Pacey in it. *sighs* I am so easily led astray... and clearly quite shallow. I enjoyed them - not loving it yet as I'm not quite sure some of the time if I should find it as ridiculously amusing as I do - but I'll certainly be watching some more =)

And that's it really. Feel sort of weird the last couple of days, just sort of not quite bleh but like I can't be bothered all that much. *sighs* I think I'm tired. Hope you're all doing well and had good weekends =)

*hugs flist*

Oh that's wonderful news about Andrew! That's really quite amazing that he's up already. *hugs*

Re: The Fringe. I never watched Dawson's Creek, but I find the lead actor absolutely gorgeous! :) The show is insanely stupid though. And yet, they're streaming it direct here (ie. at almost the same time as the US gets it) so I will no doubt be tuning in every week to watch the cute lead guy! *joins you in the shallow* :)

Yeah Pacey>>>>Dawson!

*sighs some more over the dazzling prettiness of Pacey*

Reason enough to watch the show in my opinion ;)

It is great news about Andrew, and thank you so much for all your support =) *hugs*

Isn't it?! *lol* But I'm happy to watch for the ridiculousness and the prettiness of PaceyPeter =)

*wallows in the shallowness*

It makes me giggle and yes, contains the pretty! But the mad scientist routine makes me cringe and the science isn't even remotely plausible, which is just sad! There's so much real cutting edge science that can be taken too far and then it's creepy rather than silly!

I KNOW! Thing is, all I'd read is people saying how great it was (and in a way it sort of is cos it's so silly) but I windered if I should be laughing so much at the crazy scientist *lol* and be as distracted by the droolworthiness of Pacey - I'm sorry, I can't call him Peter, he's Pacey =)

*hugs*
