The swelling has gone down enough at the front of my nose that I can actually see the splints inside which are holding it together, which is kind of weird

That's...that's a very disturbing image indeed... No where near as disturbing though as them not making arrangements to take all the stitches and stuff out...Yikes!

Sounds like you've had a bit of a horrible time with the meds, but I'm glad some of it is getting a bit better now.

And hey, no worries about not being a good flistie and what you seem to think all that entails ok? You is way up there at #1 for me. ♥
