Nope, didn't get the address; if you want to leave it onthe postal addresses post for me, that would be wonderful:

If the surgery goes ahead as planned next Friday, I should be in till Sunday or Monday and then off work for 2 weeks. Will post next week to say what more I know, but fingers crossed =)
