I'm glad your appointment went okay :) And I'm glad you're finally going to get the surgery you've wanted!

That restaurant sounds lovely. Whenever it is that I get to visit Hotel Muppet, I'm totally taking you out for lunch there (or to another place, if you prefer!) No is not an option!!
