1) Well he was here for 2 1/2 hours and it's not looking too good, so he's taken it home with him now. Trying not to freak out too much.

2) My curretn stupid agrophobe state means that much as I'd love to go out for a walk on the beach - which is on my doorstep - I just can't make myself do it. I think the gym will do me good in more ways than one though =)
