I got a letter like this from Photobucket once. Only I discovered it weeks after it was sent, because I'm using one of my ancient addresses there. *g* But I didn't notice any actual problems with my Photobucket account.

I'm sorry to hear you're still feeling crappy. I really hope your GP will find out what's wrong. Could it be it's just stress?
