Fanfic convert and other ramblings =)
- So yeah, I'm sort of not around much right now for which I apologise, though most of you know why. And if you need me for anything you know where I am, okay?
- As part of my 'hiding-from-RL-as-much-as-possible' plan I'm now heavily reading Merlin fanfic and it's all![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
lilithilien's fault. *hugs her lots* Thank you Lil, you know how much I needed to get completely lost right now, and I am, thanks to you ♥ Far and away one of the best things I've read (twice now and no doubt again soon) is Drastically Redefining Protocol. I don't have the words to do justice to how absolutely wonderful and adorable and clever this is - if you have only the slightest twinge of interest, you should most definitely read it =)
- Apart from the shedloads of Merlin fic, I'm still reading regular stuff too - I always have at least two books open at any one time. Right now I'm re-reading Dracula which is actually an awesome book and waaay better than any film that's ever been made of it, and also re-reading The Great Gatsby which is one of my all-time favourites. Just finished re-reading The Hobbit which was kinda sweet as it's been a long while since I read that so might now also start re-reading the Lord of the Rings books too =)
- I found out by accident the other day (via a comment on![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
paper_packages) that my posts there are linked on the bbc_merlin_news newsletter. Awesome! I had absolutely no idea this was happening or even how it happened, but this is so lovely =)
- Still iconning like a crazy thing (also as part of my 'hiding-from-RL-as-much-as-possible' plan) and kinda need a little help... if any of you can send me or link me to some RL Colin & Bradley pics I'd be much appreciative - I've got the pics from the picture gallery which was part of the first lot of DVD extras (are there any from the 2nd?) and I've also got the screencaps of the GMTV interview, and that's it - so anything more would be wonderful, thank you =)
- And finally, will be restarting playing tennis this week! No doubt I'll fall over from exhaustion after 20 minutes but hey, it'll be fun, right? =)
